Tua Phins Up baby!!

Jamesteele

I think Mike McDaniel is the most down to earth head coach in the NFL! I love our coach!

    Steve Leaman

    Dan Campbell

    yitwailu2

@Steve Leaman Both guys don’t BS, and I respect that.

    Jamesteele

@Steve Leaman They are equal! Dan is amazing! They are both true to themselves!

Their trading Williams

    Thomas Burt

Preston, not Conner, Right? If we can get one of those sideline cool air fans for him, we’ll be ahead.

    Jamesteele

I think your 100% right. Yes, Preston, especially after that tweet. But I dont think anyone will give up a pick for him, they’ll cut him.

    JOrdan Honeycutt

They should’ve gotten rid of him when they traded Parker. Not saying give em both to the pats lol but he should’ve bn traded or cut shortly after the Parker deal. Can’t complain about not getting opportunities when you can’t stay healthy to receive those opportunities js.

    Jamesteele

@JOrdan Honeycutt I agree except that I don’t think anyone is interested.

Thomas Burt

I haven’t heard anything about Geseki from this camp. Is he practicing, or do they have him on limited duty too?

    Kyle Sene

he practicin he caught a td from tua yesterday i believe and a deepish pass sum time this week

    Jamesteele

He is working very hard to improve his blocking so he can ball out in this offense week 1!

oh beastin

I need Mike to coach my life lol

    Jamesteele

I hear ya! I think he would be great at that if his passion wasn’t football!

    oh beastin

@Jamesteele for real a life coach could be his second calling

Aidan Gallardo

The next Sean Mcvay??

    Jamesteele

    Maybe!

Tommy

god i love this man

Rip our first rounder

Dumb it down, Mike. Too many coaches are going to learn from your pragmatism. We have rings to win!

The O-Line that gets this team to a Super Bowl

LT Armstead
LG Connor Williams
C a healthy JC Tretter or a solid free agent C
RG Robert Hunt
RT an improved Austin Jackson

Anything less and this team will struggle to run and protect Tua at a level where they can compete against the top defenses like Buffalo.

    Jamesteele

I agree with you 100% My hope is that they’ll figure out the line and when some of these good lineman get cut we’ll pick one more. You see, Greir is a pretty good GM and the talent he has in the front office is top notch. Sure they miss sometimes, but overall they are excellent. What was not excellent was our Oline coaching last year. I don’t think they are as bad as they looked last year. I still want one more lineman, hopefully a center.

Coach has a full grasp of human psychology. That will always translate to getting the best out of players. Not only the players but down to the human aspect of life.

    Derek E

True, but most leaders of people have this grasp of the human psyche

    kody major

@Derek E and yet throughout all of history we see those who have a grasp on it, take advantage of others for their own gain. But there’s a few gems who use their abilities like Coach McDaniel does to get the best out of everyone. He can “reach the heart” so to speak. It’s why he’s Head Couch of a professional multi million dollar franchise at SUCH a young age!

    Jamesteele

@Derek E I agree, but how many of those are also and X’s and O’s genius? Not many I’m thinking!

yitwailu2

Great answer to the last question, that head coach can’t be introverted and cerebral like a coordinator.

Tyreek is not just fast. He has that strength that is unique for the position. In other words he’s built like a brick shithouse and very hard to tackle. That was always the problem I had with Jakeem Grant. He’s super fast but as soon as he gets touched he falls down. Wasn’t a lot of yac with him.
