If we treated these last 2 games like a playoff game thats bad news
How? we lost by six and the other one we had the go ahead drive people dropped passes and one team desperately needed a win in the other game that we lost by six. Relax dude we good.

Look, it’s this simple, we have a rookie head coach and he hasn’t adapted. The long pass game was working but they are on to us and we have to use our short passing game and most importantly our running game!! Let’s get the TE the ball on some pass plays.. They are doing the same timed pass-game where Tua falls back, takes a step and then passes no matter what the coverage is. The whole world knows what we are doing now.. We can still do that but how about some play action and more moving pieces… I love our coach but we are hitting a roadblock with no real adjustments.. I’m not a hater and I’m pulling hard for all of our guys and coaches but this is all true.

I believe this team is different, I also believe that Tuas ankle injury is more than they are saying. His footwork is nothing like it was three weeks ago.
The drops by receivers didn’t help.
Ultimately I believe they will bounce back.
All I know is you was averaging 4.8 yards per rush attempt, and you only rushed 19 times. Linebackers were dropping deep, but you threw 0 quick slants.
They would’ve been wide open with some quick routes. It’s obvious defenses have figured out their scheme yet they continue to try and pound it in there with nothing available.
You know, I saw a quote from someone saying the Dolphins made the classic mistake , of playing to your perceived strength vs playing the opponent..
I feel like that happened. We thought we were unstoppable. Just got to adjust week to week. Sort of how when it was all Tyreek and Waddle, then it wasn’t. But my goodness, that hurt because we got dissected ALL DAY LONG.. Even on my favorite show, Lebatard Nation, we are all like WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?!!
We have to play the opponent not to our strengths is a correct statement or at least a mixture of playing our strengths and exposing the other teams weaknesses.
Adjustments have to made according to the opponent that we’re playing.
That seems to be very accurate, everyone were saying ” How unstoppable we are.
I still believe we can beat any team at any time.
Even Marino teams that were unstoppable in 80’s always adjusted and attacked the weakest link on opponents defense.
@Daniel Seymour well when a defense is taking away the middle of the field by dropping everyone 15-20 yards back you don’t keep running everyone 15-20 yards to the middle throw some out breaking routes some screens and have to run the ball then the middle will open up again

Tough lost but from a strategy perspective I was really surprised they didn’t run more against one of the worst run defenses. Also, bad passing calls, Mike put the team in bad position so I hope he can learn from his play calling. All other teams have had half the season prep for his schemes and now he has to adjust but still focus on what they are good at rather than forcing the ball down the field.
The run was not working therefore you use other weapons like the tight end.. utilize your tight end 88 .. the guy is like seven foot tall just throw the ball high and he will get it.. I thought this coach was different but I think he is so believing that Tua will deliver.. but it’s not going to happen in the bigger picture..
I feel my dolphins are going to shock the world because now that we have lost two in a row everyone thinks we are washed up and Tua sucks, you know all the fake fan BS, but I feel like the bills game is being set up by McDanial. He called all of the same plays we’ve been calling because he knows the bills will make adjustments to the new stuff so he’s hiding all the new good stuff. Bills are going down. I know ya’ll will laugh and say no way but you watch, we are supposed to lose so we will win because it’s just the way it is.
It’s never over until it’s over. I believe we can bounce back and progress and learn from these games we have lost. Go Phins! Never ever give up. If we lose we lose. But never give up. Fight until the end of the last play.

I still love Coach McDaniel with his calm no panic state of mine!! Football is half mental any way!! Coach is right the elements will be what they will be and the dolphins have to fight thru it!! I think we are capable in beating the bills with the weapons on both offence and defense that we have!!!!!! Lets go Dolphins and get a huge win against the bills!!!
The sky isn’t falling now, and we weren’t the best team in history a few weeks ago. We’re in the middle and just need to keep progressing. We’ll get there with these guys. I haven’t been this excited about a Dolphin team since the 80s. If they can progress in development, learn from mistakes and keep adding a few pieces along where there’s need they’ll be formidable for the first time in a long time.
No, the problem for me is that in my history of seeing Dolphins for over 40 years, I have never seen a jeckle and hyde performance from an offensive team like this? Of course, alot has to do with the game plan and adjustments (if any are made). The Dolphins offense looks to predictable. Where is the horizontal passes to sideline to receiver where he catches it and then runs up field? Where are they intricate screen passes where we bait defenses into crushing into the pocket? We’re are the short (real short passing game) passes to Rb, Te, Fb’s? WHERE IS OUR RUNNING GAME? How in heaven’s can we please have more than 20 minutes of time of possession?? Thrill me McDaniels. Impress me McDaniel. We want to support you, but if there are limitations, mask them. Sure, that doesn’t solve things long term but we have all off season to improve our offensive line. Now we need play, effort, grittiness, big plays, complementary football and smart plays in order to come close to beating Buffalo Saturday night? Good luck coach! Fins up!
