@Joe Mabe SF defensive QC guy… 19 year vet. SF has a strong defense, so there are a few assistants to poach… the safeties coach, the DL coach. McD likely knows them well and could look to his old team for a like minded partner.

He is not a great speaker. He says “um” “cool” and “like” kind of like a young kid. I mean so far his team is doing well but he has made some pretty questionable calls and time management mistakes. I think he needs some time to mature but hey he has this team winning so he has my support.

He celebrates with the team, so yeah he’s tired as hell every monday after a win. On friday he will sound clearer

There not facing fields every week fields had to run because his passing game was not effective and we kept collapsing the pocket the defense is going to feast on Qb going forward trust the process

They are also playing with 5, 6, 7, & 8 in our DB depth chart.

@Bob Ross first of all NOT naive Secondly I have been watching the Dolphins since the 1970s Bob Griese. Thirdly I’ve seen Marino,Clayton,Duper in person since the Orange Bowl days Marinos rookie year. Marino walked into a great coaching staff, a team that was already built to go to the Super Bowl Marino was the cherry on top (sort of speak). With Tua he walked into a team with a rookie oline a HC Flores who knew nothing about offenses but yet wanted his finger on all the offensive moves which in 2021-2022 Flores hired 3 rookie coaches which make the most important decisions in the offense OC, QB Coach, O-line Coach, Flores just knew defense and he chased away Jim Caldwell who would’ve been a OC and who by the way won a Super Bowl as a HC and instead hired Gailey who never went to the playoffs as a OC and never brought up a rookie QB and Gailey was brought into the Dolphins specifically for Fitz because the season before didn’t understand the offense by that OC and Fitz went 5-11 out of 16 games in 2019-2020 season so they brought in Gailey to coddle Fitz to be successful in Gaileys offense because he ran it for years. Mind you neither one (Gailey or Fitz)of them won nor went to a playoff game and so they drafted Tua in 2020-2021 season draft and when he started over Fitz and Fitz cried it was because he knew Tua was the real deal. Tua on a 60% hip took over the starting job and was 6-3 as a starter QB1 and was benched 2 games(due to hurting his thumb because of pressures allowed causing Tuas thumb to hit a helmet) because of the HC Flores ( who wanted Jordan Love not the misconception of people who think Flores wanted Herbert was hilarious to me because those certain Flores fans yhought that and it wasn’t even true Flores wanted Jordan Love that’d why Flores brought in the narrative Tua can’t throw the long passes because Flores wanted that type of offense for Tua to show to certain fans Tua can’t throw the football in the NFL and certain people that call themselves fan’s drank the cool aid and then Flores did the samething with Tua again in season 2021-2022 with Brisette and by Flores doing that sitting Tua again when again Tua would get hurt with pressures again (fractured ribs and fractured finger all due to the oline and again certain people would believe 2 things now and that’s Tua is injury prone and can’t throw the deep ball and certain people drank the cool aid on both narratives well I wasn’t one of those certain fan’s nor certain people I saw what Flores was doing. Flores had a losing record when Flores played back-ups to Tua and Flores had a winning record including a 7-0 run when Tua was left on the field and when Flores along with the offensive coaching staff getting fired and Hiring HC Mike McDaniel Tuas record finishing games he’s 6-0(which doesn’t surprise me because Tua won with 3 rookie coaches OC,QB Coach,O-line Coach and a rookie o-line which was the 2nd worst oline in the league in 2020-2021 and was the worst oline in 2021-2022 and Tua was the least sacked QB1 in the league) game against Cincy Tua left in the 1st Quarter and both Bridgewater and Skylar are 0-3. Yes with my statement that I made just so YOU KNOW Tua is a TOP 5 QB by his numbers and all that the NFL measures a QB1 CAPTAIN TUA HAS TOP 5 NUMBERS!! Tyreek and Waddle are 2nd ALL-TIME in receiving yards together and NO disrespect to Clayton and Duper but their NOT in the conversation and really enjoyed MARINO PASSING COMBO TO CLAYTON-DUPER. Tua passing combo Hill–Waddle should become the best combo the NFL ever saw!!!! Right now their the 2nd best.
Naive you obviously don’t know the meaning and next time don’t ever assume someone being Millennials so yes your wrong by so many fronts its ridiculous. Before thinking you know it all you should do the basics look things up on the internet makes it easy and as far as me goes I don’t know everything just look up what I know and NOT go by what is said by certain Pod Casts. When it comes to numbers and facts numbers I pay attention on what is facts!!! The facts are that Flores was holding Tua back and wasn’t trying to develop Tua instead was trying to put narratives into the certain fan’s heads that drank the cool aid thinking Flores could get rid of Tua for a big name QB like Watson and the other 16 QBs that were mentioned and those certain people media and certain fans drank that cool aid.. then when the front office hired HC Mike McDaniel and Mike McDaniel hired the offensive staff that he brought in is the best coaching staff!!! Naive are those certain fans that drank all of Flores cool aid and I even seen certain people or certain fan’s calling Flores a better Coach than Don Shula was even the most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard of. Don Shula is the Greatest Coach ever because its a FACT SHULA IS THE FIRST HC AND ONLY HC TO HAVE COACHED THE ONLY UNDEFEATED TEAM IN THE ENTIRE NFL INCLUDING WINNING THE SUPER BOWL THATS NOT DRINKING COOL AID THOSE ARE FACTS BELICHECK DOESNT HAVE SHULA’S RECORD NOR A UNDEFEATED SEASON LIKE SHULA HAD!! @Michael O’Neill … that isn’t all of us! My first jersey was Bob Griese so … I’ve seen them all. Let’s be real the D has played below their own standard for every game but Bills and Pats. They do not look as dominant, and the injuries haven’t helped. Let’s not kid ourselves. X looks off/slow … and not having Byron, Nik, and now Brandon is really starting to show. Not to mention they aren’t tackling well at all.

Niners fan, now also a Fins fan since the news broke that they were getting Mike McD in the big chair; have been watching him for a few years previous up here in the Bay and have known he was a real one for awhile, super happy for him and them that he’s delivering above even my expectations. The Fins have the right men, as much as anyone can. And Coach McD is leading those men right, from focusing on the details of everydamnthing to understand the whole game like a wizard, to then structure his plans, plus a million other things…but also, in building the right vibe with the team (and everyone else) and being one part philosopher, one part realist life coach, and two parts deadpan comedian for the “mental” as we shorthand it now, I reckon. Makes the play fit the players, at a deeper than normal level. And the players start sounding like released men. Tua praising Fields was so dope, and reflects well on the organization under McDaniel IMO. Best to you Bears, too, other than beating my team when it all went wrong. Love Fields and seconding your hope with him.

Couple of real bad calls 🙁 mostly against da bears.
What I noticed, esp. In first quarter i saw players from both teams joking with each other and patting each others back, even pickups/helping hands. You definitely wont see that in a Dolphins game vs Bills or Jets!! LOL

I told a buddy of mine that Fields would eventually be good when they had the practice last year. I believe he will lead the Bears to the playoffs next year.
