It’s a different game, athletes have to have an incredible work ethic physically and mentally for many years to come to this level.
McDaniel understands that and works with them to hone their skills which is why he is so well respected and will be a great head coach for many years!
This guy is as transparent as a coach has ever been. I wish I could play for him. He draws us to support our players, our team.
