While I agree with you, it isn’t just about his vision, otherwise he wouldn’t have been hired. It is about both his vision and the vision of Andrew Berry. We have seen far too often what happens when the HC and GM don’t have a shared vision. Both are extremely intelligent and are not inflexible as most HC’s and GM’s are. I am speaking specifically of believing in adjusting to changing times and technology.

Everything people are saying about how we like Stefanski was also said about Freddie. Excuse me if I’m reserving judgement.
Thats true but with Kitchens it never felt like he had a plan we just liked him cause of the 2018 season(which we realize now we gave the wrong guy credit for that). Stefanski has a plan and it doesnt feel like there is chaos in the organization for the first time. AB and him are on the same page and it showed through Free Agency. Stefanski’s mindset is complete opposite of Kitchens. Stefanski has calculated moves where Kitchens was just wingin it hoping it works out. I was skeptical about him but through his words and his actions backing that up I am 100% in on him. Plus I havent heard talks of superbowls its only players showing that their working even with all this going on. Lets go Browns and I hope he can get the true chance to be a great head coach!!
