Even the once woeful New Orleans AINTS have won a Super Bowl! For the love of God, Buddah and Allah, even the anemic boring CARDINALS appeared in a Super Bowl! And yet every year, every FRICKIN’ YEAR, the Lions get showcased on Thanksgiving Day. WHY?????? Why must they play EVERY SINGLE THANKSGIVING?!?!??! And I don’t want to hear “Because it’s tradition”. It was TRADITION to stand for the National Anthem and to honor America. It was TRADITION to play football OUTDOORS, not in a stinking dome, it was TRADITION to play on natural grass…..it was TRADITION to play without instant replay….Having pro games on Thanksgiving Day, okay fine, 2 or 3 games, fine, but why must it ALWAYS BE FRICKIN DETROIT?????? My GOD how can a “professional” North American franchise SUCK for over 6 DECADES? They have ONE post-season win since 1957…..ONE!!!!! Dear God even the CUBS have won a World Series! Even the RED SOX have won several after decades of drought…..Jiminy Christmas the Vegas Golden Knights who were brand spanking NEW appeared in the Stanley Cup FINALS in their FIRST SEASON!!!!!!
