Just think how much better they would play if they actually had a decent Head Coach, an Offensive Coordinator and a QB that they would stick with and develop instead of just running after every shiny object that passes by
Unfortunately, the word “develop” doesn’t exist in this organization. After 1 year of bad qb plays, we quickly call him a bust and move on. Our impatient fans don’t know the concept of development cause I was embarrassed by the excitement of our fans when teddy came to town. I mean, really? Teddy? Another average bandaid journeyman qb? Didn’t we learn from flacco and keenum? 7 years of being pass around the league, and we’re excited about a qb who already reached his ceiling of mediocrity in 7 years and average at best. What an embarrassment of an organization and fans.

Vic seems much more relaxed than he was three weeks ago. I think he got the “you’re going to be here next year” talk from Paton.
No chance. All dependent on how the rest of the season plays out. No playoffs; continued poor production, and hell for sure be out.

Funny how he was asked about Kellen Moore. That’s who ideally would replace him!

Also our reporters are so accommodating, very irrelevant questions, not going to the point, I would ask, what’s the plan to avoid the same disastrous ending with WT? What’s the plan with a fearful Noah Fant are you benching him? Are you going to take responsibility of the bad results and bad play? – so, I think Denver is too easy for this job, in Dallas, Boston, Cali there is no BS press… all is boring even our sad press people… so wow… hope the culture change also in the press to make Broncos more accountable… BORING STUFF
I’m no apologist for Fangio and Shurmer but the fact is they are playing the terrible cards they were dealt. Awful QB card courtesy of George Paton, to be frank. Paton had one job in the offseason: get a blue chip QB to compete with Mahomes, Herbert, Carr in the AFC West. Didn’t happen and here we are today. A good QB covers up so many other team flaws. Remember Elway’s early years and all those weak teams he dragged to the playoffs and Super Bowls? What’s really fascinating is that Paton comes from an always mediocre Vikings team and he’s supposed to turn around the Broncos? Let that sink in.
