Let me total honest…I think this coaches staff lack knowledge of what is going on. The team lack a sense of urgency and there tempo is not up to par with middle of the pack in the NFL. Other teams are always one step ahead of us.
Tempo and effort was awful with the first team, yea preseason doesnt count but you practice how you play!

Rivera had five playoff appearances, a NFC championship win, and a SuperBowl appearance in Carolina. He won plenty.
