@Donnachaidh this is the best window for the Chargers to win a title in the next 3 years while Herbert is on a rookie contract. I say we give up 3 1st rounders to gain some elite talent. If Bears is losing somehow I say trade for Mack. If Rodgers gets traded I say let’s trade for Adams, or if Saints sucks get Thomas.
I know we can win a title in the next 3 and I say the best time is when no one expect it to make some good money lol.

It’s very subtle but this is Staley showcasing his winning mentality. He, indirectly, points that they deserve to play in more primetime games and mentions that he will work hard to get the team there.
