HBCU Sales Symposium

Last week the Washington Commanders hosted its first HBCU Sales Symposium, an invite-only event at FedExField designed to give HBCU students a behind-the-scenes look into working in the ticket sales department at the Washington Commanders. The day’s events included ticket sales training from Commanders ticketing leadership, a tour of FedExField, a networking luncheon with the Black Engagement Network (African American/Black employee resource group), and a fireside chat with team president Jason Wright. During the event, each attendee received a one-on-one interview. Several job offers to join the Inside Sales team were made during the event and after.
