You know what would be a great question for Matt?
You have players come and go, you never know how long they will say and yet one of the most important parts of the job is taking the time to develop the player. Teams that stay winning longer have great player development and that is because of the steady hand of the coaching staff.
But how does Green bay keep such a high level of coaching for so long? Coaches come and go almost as quickly as the players. Look at how well coached the O Line is! Look at Joe Barry, in his first year as a whole, did you think he would have the D in this shape? What about Green Bay makes these coaches excel? What does Green Bay do that develops these coaches so well?
Front Office should be thrown in there as well.

Nathaniel, be careful. Remember the Green Bay coach who left and became the NY Giants coach? It fizzled for him. I wish you success, but I wish you would stay. I understand if you want to take the next step in your career. I do not want the Packers to slip into the wilderness for the next 35 years again. If you go, at least give Matt a heads up on who a recommended replacement might be.

I hope he stays but its just not likely, so I hope he finds himself somewhere that not only suits him but with a young stud QB to devolop and where he’ll he happy. But for right now, GO PACK GO!
He’s definitely gonna be somewhere else this spring. He deserves it, but we’re gonna miss him.
This is the kind of coach guys love to play for. Hope he’s back in GB next year.

With a franchise QB, the Chargers would be wise to replace the current coach with Hackett, then add Zimmer as the D-coordinator. Otherwise Herbert could be wasted.
