Should put Russ as a TE and see how he does. Mix it up a bit on offense. Maybe have Surtain be qb for a couple of games. I had to do this with tmy peewee football team rhat I coach and it worked out well. Might as well do it since we have a losing season.

I like the competitiveness of the man, but he got back on the field the first time he got the “all clear” from Seahawks on his thumb injury last year, and he played real bad.
I’d rather see him rest for another week and play fully like himself the next time he got on the field.
Let Russ sit out the remaining season. We need him healthy next year!
