If practice is so great, why was it called out in the first place? And then glossing over other observations of “missed tackles,” in practice? Fact remains practice has been poor. And has transferred over to games, because it shows.
Also, Ogletree is old and washed, slower than molasses in winter. Doesn’t matter if he played for you 100yrs ago and knows your system. Gotta have someone else on the roster who can fill that spot better than him. This is supposed to be a young and upcoming team, for Pete’s sake!
It’s preferable to lose with younger, up and coming players, than old guys who won’t be here next year. It just takes important reps away, slowing down the learning process.

This is honestly what leadership looks like, never losing faith in your players and not making up excuses for your and their mistakes. Letting the players know that they’re trusted. Instead of “not much you can call on a 4th and manageable”

What has beinemy done. Have you heard him communicate with players or lead other coaches under him. Organize and direct a team of men. Older and younger than him? Clock management? Make decisions late in games under pressure? We have seen none of that. Andy reid has always had good teams and a well run offense. Add patrick mahomes and some other pieces. Add general management and success in draft. I really need to hear why beinimy is a no doubt great head coach in this league?
