@$H0-TyMehave you seen his pass schemes. Watch Dan orlovsky’s breakdown on the pass plays we have. They’re atrocious. He literally has three receivers running routes bundled together it’s terrible. You can’t tell me he’s the reason we’ve made the playoffs. Yes he has a good run scheme, but every time we need to pass the ball we fail. Regardless of us making the playoffs as soon as the run game stops our offense is done. It’s on Roman to fix the terrible pass schemes he’s made which he hasn’t for the last three years. In no way are we gonna improve this offense with him at the helm. You can’t tell me you’re satisfied with Romans playcalling after we scored 3 points against the Browns.
Absolutely no accountability for himself. All on the players. Look no further as to why nothing changes. A man able to change, owns his shortcomings. Yeah, I didn’t make the adjustments necessary to spread out Cleveland’s defense, by running some more, and then throw in some higher percentage passes, to put us in a better position in the fourth. Will work on doing some things different going forward, to make us less predictable. That’s what someone working on tweaking things to improve, would have said. He truly believes what they’re doing is just great, and the players just have to roll it out perfectly, and we’ll be fine. Talk about tone deaf.
Because it is, he calls the plays the players are to execute. Simple.
@$H0-TyMe Nah. His scheme is too basic. Elementary stuff. Perfect execution of that play calling last week, still doesn’t result in a win. His calls played right into the Browns defensive hand. Ridiculous. Calling the game like the Ravens were down 20, and then trying to dink and dunk them to death, even though they more than displayed, that they couldn’t stop the run for anything. A joke of a game.

Absolutely no responsibility John wants to get up there and be pissed off about people trying to pull them apart. They’re trying to play like a team. How do you think your players feel about the OC up there putting it all on them because that’s what he just did.

I think that for him to re-earn the fans trust, he has to show us progress from 2019. Anything short of that is a failure. The run game has been and still remains successful. What about the pass Greg? There’s no fear of a Ravens passing attack. NONE! Till then fans will fault the obvious as this is a well known team weakness. Up to you, a run game guru, to turn it around. Life’s not fair.
When he said “we just need to execute better” in the pass game, he’s basically putting all the blame on the players when his playbook is predictable and ineffective and he wants to draw up plays for a QB like Flacco instead of Lamar or Snoop.
So basically what he was saying was “My scheme will stay the same even though it’s clearly not working anymore but I’m doing it anyway because why not?”
Never want to hear from this guy as a Ravens coach ever again. Send him packing and send John with him for standing by him for so long. Absolutely disgusting how much this guy has held us back and made Lamar regress horribly.

The Ravens may believe the guy is an offensive genius. Unfortunately the fans just believe he is offensive without the genius part. In the end, the numbers do speak for themselves and results have been substandard in terms of offense’s production.
