Josh Allen showed me a gear I thought I would never see in the NFL, let alone in Buffalo. He’s become the local sports equivalent of Chris Drury aka Captain Clutch. Which is also somehow still selling Allen far short 🤷‍♂️

    @xman3456 does he have a reasonable comp? Cam Newton couldn’t run like Allen and had nowhere near the head game, let alone Allen’s got a stronger and way more accurate arm. I think there is no single comp for him. Elway couldn’t move like Allen either, great arm but still not as great as Allen’s. The kid is a unicorn

    Honestly if he played in a better weather city or dome I have no doubt he would. He still might but it’s harder in that stadium to pass and to kick as well. I don’t think the Bills have ever had a kicker make the pro bowl either.

The defense played very passive
There was no aggression
They allowed runners to get first downs by waiting for them to come to them rather than attacking . Even Hyde cringed at a head to head tackle and fell sheepishly to the ground without a finger on the runner ..

Frazier and McDermott did not have the aggression needed for defense …
Offense was very aggressive

Allen’s dump off to Singletary to lose yards and set up 4th and long before the final Davis TD was a bad play. That was pretty much it.
