The energy the team has when Taylor is on the field is amazing. When Wentz is playing they are just on the field collecting a check

To see a QB’s odds of being the future for a team, count the number of QB draft prospects who are better and likely to fall to your team’s draft position. Or picture your team signing a high-profile free-agent QB, which is also a roll of the dice. You might get a Tom Brady and a quick trip to the Super Bowl … or you might get a Deshaun Watson or a Russell Wilson and get a quick trip in a different direction. (To be fair, the later returns might be better from high-profile QBs who changed teams and hit some early bumps.) The bottom line is that there are only ever at most maybe 5 or 10 truly franchise QB in the NFL at any given time. That means there will always be starting jobs for merely “serviceable” QBs, as long as they don’t kneel during the National Anthem and fall victim to conservative cancel culture. With the NFL’s rules to improve player safety by kneecapping the defense, the value of quarterback skill has become amplified to the point that it’s very hard to win much in the NFL with a merely “serviceable” QB. The safer the game is for the players, more the differences between quarterbacks get magnified.

He’s an average QB but plays his damn heart out every time he’s out there. I don’t really think you can build around him tbh. You’d have to have an insane run game and another #1 caliber receiver across from McLauren. And even still, they’d be a discount Tennessee Titans style team

Is becoming one of best WR in league ( Some would say he is at least in top 10 already). Definitely made some great catches on critical 3rd downs in addition to TD and other 20+ yard passes. Just imagine if Arron Rogers had him to count on, likely would have even better numbers, but also more Clutch catches & game winning TD’s. If Washington goes on a nice winning streak, or 6 wins in next 8 games, something like that he’ll receive proper acknowledgments & Praise that he deserves!!!

True, but with the difference that GB was favored to win the game going in, whereas the odds are low that a multiple-lateral game ending play will find the end zone for the offense. The odds might actually be better for the defense to get a scoop and score with all that ball movement.

Too bad the Commanders have the worst name in the NFL. Should rename Washington. Red Wolves with an actual logo.

@Michael Wilson you say it like that, I’ll say it like this. He knows the offense so well and trusts his WR, he was pressured and threw it where he knew to give his best player a chance to do what he does. Other QBs get sacked, throw out of bounds, overthrow etc he balls out

@alex gibbs there’s a difference between a good throw and a good catch. Personally I’d rather have a qb that throws with his eyes open, rather than one that relies on luck and his receivers working miracles. It’s like everyone forgot last year.
