No, a transaction, by definition, involves an exchange. Brady wasn’t traded, he was signed. If the question was “best acquisition” then Bucs/Brady would be in play.

@Spooky Fool You’re a moron. Brady added more wins to the Bucs than Manning added to the Broncos or Brees added to the Saints. The same people saying Brady didn’t really add much to the Bucs were the same people laughing and saying Brady would be exposed without Belichick, with the terrible Bucs defense and terrible oline.
@medlor before you call someone a moron maybe do some research. The Broncos the season before Manning was 8-8 with Tebow with the 20th ranked offense and 20th ranked defense. The team would go 13-3 under Manning. Also Manning the 2013 season would break records. Drew Brees went to a crappy organization and it took a few season but got them a ring. The Bucs had 23rd ranked defense in terms of points but remember a QB threw 30 picks that season and pick 6s go against your defense in stats not the offense.
@Kai his stats on paper look impressive but a lot of his stats were in blow outs against bad teams. His best statistical game against a good team was the Packers but overall he was a liability against good teams.

You guys forgot about the Herschel Walker trade, from Dallas to Minnesota. A trade for ONE player involved 18 players total, including draft picks.
The Cowboys won 3 Super Bowls as a direct result of that trade. What are these morons thinking?

I would include James Farrior signing with the Steelers from the Jets. All he accomplished was 2 SB wins, 2 pro bowls, team mvp in 9 years with them.
They probably ranked DHOP over Diggs because the Bills had to give up a first-rounder that ended up being Justin Jefferson, while the Cardinals only gave up an aging running back and a second-round pick
