They did good to feel some spots so they have Flexibility in the draft! Would be nice if Jets keep Darnold and draft Jamarr Chase at two so Jets can have some dynamic playmakers on offense!
If they don’t go QB at 2 it has to be Sewell for me, without a doubt. WR room isn’t looking too bad now and OL hasn’t really had any help in free agency
Wilson has some question marks, just like any prospect, but I think he’s shown enough special traits that it’s hard seeing Douglas pass on him. Just my opinion

@M Ladd only 2 years of his contract are guaranteed and he’s a system fit. What other free agent WR would be this true #1 like everyone keeps complaining about? All the moves that have been made have been to implement in the type of offense and defense the team is going to implement and just because they’re not big names people are complaining. Not to mention that they have a plethora of licks to add to this roster as well. Chill and rebuild correctly.
@C.C. Ryder Ok, only two years guaranteed but for how much? The jets don’t need a number one, they drafted one last season and the wr class this year might possibly be the best ever! But, if you want to sign a number one you go after Kenny Goliday not somebody like Davis who is more three than one! They could have used that money on an OLineman or anybody but Davis! Bad signing! Oh, I’m not complaining because Galliday is the only number one available in FA! You don’t pay top money for number two/three wr’s.
@M Ladd 27M for 2 years is not that bad considering how much money you have and who knows how much money Golladay is asking for. Having depth at WR is never a bad thing and the other acquisitions are going to fill holes in the roster. What team are you basing all of your GM knowledge off of anyways?

@C.C. Ryder 27m for two years is not bad for a quality wr but its redickless for the likes of Davis who did absolutely nothing till the titans got a quality primary receiver beside him! And you don’t pay 27 m for depth that alone is poor roster construction!

Darnold doesn’t blow away the young talent in the draft plus with his big contract looming; trade him for more picks and select Zach and build around the rookie!

Good pickup Corey could be a top 8 possession Wr if his hands are true and he can create space those short yard first downs should go to him.
