Ryan Minton

So Tag Him!

Kevin

Oh no he will be very expensive

Guillermo Ruelas

Bust Dupree can walk

    Alibaba Saluja

Lost your mind. Bud overall has played better football then tj watt in the run game and gap responsibility. He anchors his side of the ball being the bigger stronger player theres value in holding your ground and reading the play instead of going like a wild bull like tj . The biggest run plays are always on the side watt side becuase tj is in sack mode every play. But tj has more sacks becuase hes a better pass rusher.

Guillermo Ruelas

How is Ben going to be better that’s horseshit Ben is on a downhill plane he’s only gonna get worse

    ThaRealest616

His arm will be stronger and his body had a full year of rest

    Guillermo Ruelas

@ThaRealest616 ok he is still 38 years old he’s not gonna be better

    Ryan Maliek

Guillermo Ruelas Riiiigh. He only had a 5000 yard season in 2018 with 32 TDs. That was less than two years ago. He’s not the future as he’s old, but he’s the here and now for sure when you see his backups. They have no first or third round picks and are only 2 million under the cap. So what exactly would you do? Ya know since you’re sooooo smart and all.

Guillermo Ruelas

James Connor needs to be traded for a 2nd or third round pick

    ThaRealest616

Injuries is the only obstacle holding him back from being a top 3 RB

    Guillermo Ruelas

@jw1 they could get a third for him

    jw1

@ThaRealest616 This will be my last reply because you’re clearly delusional if you think Conner is a top 3 back. Just off the top of my head here is a list of more talented backs: Zeke, Barkley, Miles Sanders, Aaron Jones, Cook, McCaffrey, Mixon, Chubb, Mack, Bell, Josh Jacobs and there are probably more. Take of your homer black and gold glasses and see it for what it is. Conner is a great story but not a great back.

    jw1

@Guillermo Ruelas I would take a 3rd for him all day but they’ll never get it. Too many backs in this class just as good as Conner with less injury history. Never happen

    Ryan Maliek

Guillermo Ruelas No ones gonna do that. Way to injury prone. He’s still cheap because he’s on his rookie deal. I’d keep him but put him as back up and put Snell or Samules at starter.

Nick Jolliff

Bring back Bud long term, and try and keep Mike Hilton too. RB, TE and OL are the biggest needs

    Ryan Maliek

Nick Jolliff With what money? They’re only like 2 million under the salary cap.

    Un Inspired

I agree however rb i wouldnt go for unless someone drops

Anthony Picano

Dupree should be tagged. No way you give him a big contract after one good season. You need to make sure it wasn’t a fluke.

    Ryan Maliek

Anthony Picano Or it wasn’t solely because it was a contract year & he turned it up to 100% because of that.

    Alibaba Saluja

    3 good seasons

    Ryan Maliek

Alibaba Saluja No, only one good season. He was barely at league average the other ones.

jeffersonianideal

The other _Colbert Report_ .

Ryan Maliek

Depends on which Dupree shows up when he gets his money. He was no more than average his first 4 seasons, then suddenly caught fire when it was time for a new contract. So is he gonna get his money and then play at 70% because he’s now rich, or is he gonna continue to play 110% like his contract year?

    Ryan Maliek

RettFFA Very true, BUT no way we can keep him. We’re only two million under the cap. Unless Ben takes a big pay cut, Dupree is gone.

    RettFFA

Ryan Maliek Correct me if I’m wrong but hasn’t there been a change in rules that prohibits teams from making overly large restructures? Thought I heard that somewhere, if that’s the case idk if Ben restructuring would give us too much

    Ryan Maliek

RettFFA I’m not sure. Will have to look that up.

    RettFFA

Ryan Maliek yeah I wasn’t too sure either. But if we can keep Bud, which I believe they’ll find a way to, i truly think he’ll have another monster year and I’m excited about that

    Ryan Maliek

RettFFA Now if the offense can out up more than 10 points a game…

justin coleman

Drop Connor draft dobbins. That should be a good 1-2 punch with snell.

    Alibaba Saluja

Conner is only playing for chump change

    Ryan Maliek

You know they have no first round pick, right?

justin coleman

Tag bud for 2 years. And when Ben leaves you could pay him or do whatever y’all want.

    Zechariah Barajas

justin coleman the cost of tagging him twice would be so expensive that we might as well sign him long term

Zechariah Barajas

So many of y’all are just so damn unrealistic i can’t take take y’all seriously lmaoo

    Tom Witner

Yeah they’re hilarious. Maybe the Rooney’s should fire Colbert and hire some of these commenters ,lmao

Kurt Hartz

Would definitely try and add an impact running back through whatever means they have to.

Eskeetit Litty

Yeah you tag Bud not give him a bunch of money we don’t have after one good season. This guy could completely go cold after he gets paid we’ve seen it before. As far as im concerned Bud went soft towards the end of the season while TJ stayed aggressive when we needed Bud most!

Eskeetit Litty

I love JC but he’s a glass house
