I appreciate Paton taking the time to talk to the press, especially when we are 2-5 because I’m sure those questions aren’t easy to answer. It’s nice to hear his input on everything that has gone on.
George is the right man for this Job. Despite the absolute irresponsibility of the national media, considering the disappointing season this has been, I admire that George had been able to stay level headed and view this team with OBJECTIVE LENSES. There was way way too much “New” taking place for this team to be anything but 2-5 right now. As bad as Russ has played, he still gave us a chance to win every single game this year besides last week because guess what he didn’t play. Even the Broncos media is annoying with their dooms day predictions this thing was gonna take time, a simple man can understand that, and the Boss understands that. We win this game some noise will decimate. We win another it will get more quiet, we have to win. I believe we will go on a run

@Pat Murray I’ll give you an example, since your clueless anyway. Remember when Russ went into the Concussion protocol tent against the Colts and Gordon was looking at him oddly on the sideline? Every national media outlet ran a story claiming Gordon was looking at him crazy because he had just thrown an interception, at terrible one at that. That’s the media being irresponsible. Running a story completely taken out of context to make the energy on our team look toxic just for the sole purpose of having something to speak about for their perspective shows. Also I think it’s irresponsible of the media to continually attack Russ just because he’s not the cool kid in the room. It’s overkill at this point, but perhaps these thoughts and ideas are just over your head. If that’s the case then my comment wasn’t meant for you to begin with
@Dh3 Let me help you Beavis. What the media says has absolutely nothing to do with what happens on the field or in a tent. If it bothers you that much? Don’t listen to it. But that’s not being irresponsible, that’s calling it like they see it. They are entitled to call things just like you are. As I said, denver fans, daft at the highest level.
@Pat Murray If you honestly believe the media doesn’t play a role in all sports….then I’ll just pray for you because your the one who needs to do some reading or research or something because your just a know it all who doesn’t appear to know anything. The NFL is a business, and so is ESPN.
@Dh3 I worked in the media for 20 years. I can tell you for fact that the media has NOTHING to do with player development, signing, playing time or coaching/GM decisions. If you really believe that? Then you need a puppy. Stop being so daft and get a life.

Paton is a solid dude. I just hope he admits failure when Russ keeps sucking. Purging our team of talent and future – consider benching Russ for the season. How can the team look at him in the locker room and see nothing but a poser! Imagine the jokes in the locker room right now… Try not to give away Chubb, Jeudy etc…
He is among the few that have confidence the team will turn it around! Myself season over!
I have liked Paton – at least up to this point – but he must be suffering football PTSD after this start…just horrendous performance on offense and special teams. “Newness” doesn’t explain this team’s problems…and nobody – absolutely nobody – “thought it would take time”…ridiculous statement.
God bless Paton, handling unruly fans & criticism while being patient and faithful. These journalists ask back office questions like investors, shame so much scrutiny & scorn is involved with Broncos daily agendas

You win by doing your homework on players as well as coaches, right now, the defense coach and players are all we have good going for us.
This guy is a world class GM. Regardless of what he says to the media, he will do what is best for this team and I trust his judgment.
We have the player’s on offense but the coaches have to call the right plays to score TDs
Like I’ve been saying things take time to grow and adapt. You can’t just all of the sudden put the pieces together in one off season with a complete new coaching staff, new ownership, new QB, new schemes ect. Patience is the definition to this season 💯
They should do all interviews like this since I can finally hear the questions lmao
