Yeah, but they made some questionable decisions when NY was deep into Jax territory early when a smart 3rd & 2 play would’ve given them goal to go, but Danny threw on 3rd & 4th downs. incomplete.

Couldn’t be happy with this coaching staff !! Yes we need a WR. and some corner depth but these coaches have every single player prepared week after week !!

I saw this DJ since halfway through his 2nd year lol. Exact same DJ. Just a better scheme. Better D. Better O-Line and Better Saquon. Exact dame DJ. Always been good. Hasnt turned it over since week 8 2022. Hes been the guy.

@DeePeL I think you meant 2020. The turnovers stopped being an issue about halfway through 2020. Although I always saw his potential, DJ hadn’t fulfilled it until now. It shows the importance of good coaching. But you can have the best coaching in the world, and very few guys can do what he’s been doing this year. I mean VERY few. He’s without a doubt top 10 right now. Get him some Ace wide receivers… this kid might actually become elite. His ceiling might actually be top 5. I didn’t know that till now.

@Beau Brenner he still has vision in his eye. It’s expected he will require surgery. Flying back with the team.

@T:ME I don’t know for sure but I think he still may be getting back to full speed and pacing himself, that said I saw a couple tackles today and all season where he’s making tackles 10 yards + upfield with straight hustle.

All things considered I think the kid is the real deal and I have no concerns about his heart or will to play the game. I get what your saying though but he was out most of last year in college so it’s his first full year mixed with increased NFL talent/scheme within adjustment wise.

What I do know for sure is he’s not getting any holding calls with about 5 a game that are beyond obvious, once he has some more experience I think he gets those calls.

@T:ME I wonder too with our weak linebackers if wink might have him playing more rush/contain until the 4th where it’s then get after the QB at all costs

Thibs chased down Etienne coming from the backside when he broke that big run. If it weren’t for that run the Jags probably would not have scored in the 2nd half. The Jags moved the ball but were kept off the scoreboard.

He’s been getting mugged all season I don’t know what he’s got to do to get a holding call SMDH

He was getting held so much, hooked almost every play.

I think it may be his shoulder, whenever he is not 100% he seems indecisive running the ball.

I think the refs missed calls on both teams. They missed an obvious delay of game on 3rd and 2 at the start of the winning drive for the Giants that was huge. The poke in Bellinger’s eye, and the smack on Slayton’s visor were both hands to the face and both were missed. They just missed a lot.

Praying it’s the shoulder and not something like trade talk. Seemed deflated after a win but not because of something like leaving time on the clock. That glow wasn’t there.

@Niko Cruz the whole team seemed subdued after this win. Perhaps it was the injuries to Neal, Brederson and Berlinger and also the nervous finish where we almost lost the game.

@mitchell baker refs usually give like .5 of a second when pay clock hits zero happens all the time. but it was a bad job by the reffs on both sides.

This O-line has made leaps and bounds this season. They looked pathetic the first few games in pass protection. They looked decent run blocking all year. But yesterday they looked elite! Jones actually had time to throw the ball for once!! And to think they lost 2 of the starters on that line… the backups came in and didn’t miss a beat. Thanks to coaching.. they’ve brought in that Patriots/Belechik “next man up” mentality
