    You have to score points to win games. If it isn’t clear that the Giants need help on offense from both a player and coaching positions by now then idk what to tell you. Find a way to score 30 points a game on average or you’re not playoff worthy. The days of 17-14 wins are gone.

The EDGE prospects that have the length/AA/production combo that are under the radar and going Top 50 imo are Ossai and Tryon.

I cannot understand why analysts are even talking about the Giants taking CB in Rd1. Other than QB, any team is expecting to pick a Day One starter in the top half of Rd1. A CB will NOT be a starter for the Giants with Bradbury and Jackson on the roster. But ANY OL/WR/LB/EDGE will be, because those are holes in the roster.

The good first. AVT at 11 is a bit of a reach, but I can see it. He could play every G/T position, and Judge likes versatility. Brugler’s RB rankings are considerably different than most other analysts’ boards, but in this case getting Khalil Herbert in Rd6 is awesome.

Other than that, Dane Brugler’s draft is nonsense. These picks are bad to terrible. Rousseau is not going to the Giants. Remember what Judge said, “Don’t tell me what he can’t do. Tell me what he CAN do.” The things Rousseau can do don’t make up for what he can’t do, as evidenced by his pro day performance. He has one main move, he can’t bend, he doesn’t dip well. Guys like Paye and Oweh are WAY better prospects because while their stats don’t align with their skills – what they CAN do – they can be taught up based on that foundation. Rousseau is the opposite. I’ve seen mocks where Oweh dropped this far; he’s a much better pick. Joe Tryon also might be available at 42 and would be a much safer and more productive pick.

Even after losing DT, DL is still about the deepest spot on the Giants roster and the area of least need behind S and QB. If the Giants go with a DE for EDGE and not an OLB, taking a DT in Rd3 makes no sense. If they’re going to double up in ANY position group, it should be OL. A G in Rd3 is a much more applicable selection, not that I think they should after taking AVT at 11.

Powell might be available in Rd6. Herbert might be gone by Rd4 and will likely be taken before Rd6. Monty Rice will also likely be taken before Rd6.
