Biggest takeaway is consistency, from 2018-2020, the Colts beat some impressive teams. They beat the Chiefs in 2019, Packers 2020, Titans 2020 and Houston 2018. Rarely do they get shut out, they’re competitive and have a staple of decent coaching with a different starting QB each season. If they can dial in a QB, they’ll be fine in that division if Watson is done in Houston. I’m excited for Sirianni in Philadelphia!

Well Howie is really the only GM that can get us out of this cap hell and the cap situation is the only thing saving this job. And what GM would really want to come to this team with the Cap situation and the QB and with a rookie head coach.

@John Denzel So we missed out yet in 10 years, 31 other teams never once considered to interview him for ANY position and now the moment he is released he goes to Detroit…to coach the SAME POSITION he did here? I love Duce but our fanbase overrates the hell out of him. He is a very average position coach who made very questionable and confusing RB rotations which badly impacted the grooming and growth of Sanders (of course not letting Doug off the hook for hating to run the ball). Want to see a deserving RB coach…look at the Titans RB coach who came in 3 years ago and turned Henry into the best in the game. He also has coached every single position on offense AND defense except QB.
