Good hire IMO. He has been in the league for awhile and coached some great defenses. If they can grab a premier pass rusher in FA and coach these young guys up, this Def can be special.

He can only give them plays. The defensive line has to learn how to win the hand fight. Gus will do great for us
Retread. He is there to be off brand Eberflus, which isnt good enough.
Yeah this defense is a DL away from being elite, I believe. CB depth is important but if you can generate enough pressure you can hide subpar CB play. DL coach has to get these guys developed cause idk how many times I’ve seen players do the same moves ALL GAME🤦🏾♂️, especially AQM.
