Judging by this interview, it doesn’t seem as if Aaron is bothered by the lack of running. That bothers me because we need to run more in order to win. I hope AR isn’t becoming one of those qbs that prefers to pass even if it means a loss. If we would have ran the ball in London we would have won the game. We can’t abandon the run then say we abandoned the run the entire half because the defense predicted we were going to run, that sounds idiotic to me.
This is true, but the WRs do have to get the reps in!! Don’t want Dillon and Jones to be the workhorses and end up like CMC. How else will the receivers get any better? And when opponents know the game, they adjust to it possibly.. meaning they could stack the box. We need a nice run game and even better air game.

@Ch33zyBreadTrellie the giants run defense is bottom 3 in the league. It should have been a run fest simple. There should be no debate about this. A kindergartener could figure this out. Our first priority is to will the the game second win the division. You can’t lose games for the sake of development. Jones is getting paid very well, to not use him when it matters. Jones is our best offensive weapon besides Rogers. We are leading the league in ypc but don’t take advantage of it. We should play to our strength but then Aaron wouldn’t be the hero of the team. There is another Aaron on the team that is just as important. It was well understood before the season began that this year’s team was built to be a run first team. Everyone knew this.

He doesn’t want the championship unless he’s the hero…..Why would you throw the ball twice only needing only 2 yards is preposterous. ‘I’m going to throw the ball twice in short yard situations because they think we’re going to run🤦🏾♂️’…the definition of insanity. Run the ball and CBs stop playing so much soft coverage. The packers have the CBs to play aggressive at the line, this 7-12 yards off almost every play has to change.
