Good to see Kirk out there having fun! He always seems to serious
alot of people talk about jefferson being a great route runner, etc…but wow, did you see jefferson running up against thielen…thielens break was a a tad quicker than jefferson…while thielen was already had his right leg set and pushing for leverage, jefferson has yet to push off of his right leg, still in the process of using his left leg to setup his right leg (pause at the 12 second mark to see what im talking about…thielens body is set at this point, jefferson is not)…now i know what they mean by a “a game of inches” and “the difference between a young WR vs an experienced WR”

also if you pause at 11 seconds, you can see Thielen was faster getting off because he’s already through. Jefferson is a great receiver and one of my favs, but he does need to work on being more powerful and quick off the snap. Also at 11 seconds, there’s a difference between Thielen and Jefferson’s positions. Thielen is in a position that makes turning his body around easier and faster, while Jefferson looks like he’s going to fall on his butt.

Not to rain on your parade, but i think they’ll have their chances with other teams. If Thielen stays consist and produces every year he could become a lifer with the vikes. Not seeing the same with harrison as much as I love seeing the hitman roaming us bank stadium.
