@greasy football fans tbh, jefferson wasn’t considered to be one of those top wide receiver prospects, and that time all of those teams at least had room for wide receivers. Besides Sutton, the broncos didn’t have much, besides Cooper the cowboys didn’t have much, and the Vikings had traded Thielen. The Vikings now have Thielen and Jefferson. Why do they really need a wide receiver? If you think he’s rly good, then the Giants 100% woulda taken him.

@Keith Junior Not the worst pick, Stephon was in tons of trade conversations before deadline and they probably would trade him for an offensive player or some draft pick, JC Jackson had a lot of picks but his play to play coverage wasn’t the best for me to truly believe they’d be ok with just him, for me I think it depends what’s left on the board
@Delvier Demma JC was borderline All Pro this szn is he as good as a fully healthy Gilmore no but a replacement for him is unlikely to exist especially not with the 15th pick and we have more pressing needs. JJ still here. Targeting Corner in Free Agency is far more likely with somebody like a Desmond King available.
15th need spent on perimeter talent unless Micah Parsons is there.

That was me with their first mock. Had the Steelers taking a linebacker, like dude, Watt is a cert, Dupree might go but Highsmith was picked last year literally for this purpose and he was good. We aren’t going for a linebacker.
But nah yeah, messed up o-line, retired center, worst run game in the league, old QB, two corners out of contract, 1st RB out of contract, no apparent TE for the future who is multi-dimensional. Linebacker. Smh.

Ya you don’t always pick your biggest need. If you think the wr is a sure thing and don’t love anyone at your biggest need you take the guy you are sure on and go for the need later and in free agency.
O-line class is deep this year. They can get some in the later rounds that will be better than their current starters. Tbh, though, I’d be looking at getting some more defensive help in the first. Maybe edge or something
