@Cole Wozniak It’s called strengthening a strength, if the BPA adds depth to your best one of your position groups, that can be very helpful, especially since their starting RB is over 30 and got hurt right before the playoffs last year

IMO Swift is overrated. Best o-line in college football and run heavy system. Just to clarify I don’t think he’s bad, I think he’s overrated.

GetBuckets personally I don’t think we need a qb, Minshew was statistically the best rookie last year. We actually could’ve won 10 games if we started foles’ games 😂😂 we prob would’ve went 8-8 but that’s still a better record than the other rookie qb’s. If anything we desperately need linebackers who can fill run gaps as we were easily the worst against the run last year. That or some Dt’s and we need another cb to replace Aj bouye

Well . Will see what happens. Rather if they do or not. I just hope Seattle picks up some decent players. They were talking about picking up a running back. A wide receiver. O line up like bad to protect wilson. A few defensive backs a cornor. D line up. . But like i said. Will see what happens. I think SEATTLE will make some good decisions. Get some good picks in the second round and so on. . Cant wait for season to start.

@MC GB They made Simmons go at number 10, and didn’t even talk about him when they got to those picks, despite the fact that Simmons is one of the top two prospects on defense coming out of the draft. If the Giants don’t draft him, then it would make a lot more sense if the Panthers drafted Simmons instead of Brown, due to Kuechly leaving. Plus, I can almost guarantee you that if Simmons did somehow manage to fall out of the top 4 picks, and somehow even get by the Panthers, then the Jaguars would pick him up. It makes no sense to drop Simmons to number 10, and much less to not even talk about him, especially when considering the fact that it’s hard to not talk about Simmons when you’re talking about the draft.

@MC GB If they do pass up on Simmons, I personally think that’s a stupid decision. I personally believe an O line is important, but not as important as it used to be, due to the mobility of quarterbacks, and how quick the quarterbacks get rid of the ball these days. I believe defense is much more important than O line. That being said, I’m not against picking up an O lineman, but when there’s somebody unlike we’ve ever seen before on defense available to join your team, and you have a need for him at that position, take him. Athleticism is the only thing that consistently transitions to the NFL well. Skill doesn’t. Simmons has amazing skill, and Athleticism almost unlike we’ve ever seen. It only makes sense for them to pick up Simmons, but let’s say they don’t. What reason does anyone have to assume that the Panthers don’t pick up Simmons instead of a DT, after Kuechly left? Spoiler alert: none. What better time has there been for the Panthers to draft a LB, and what better LB has there ever been for the Panthers to pick at this perfect time? Not only that, but what reason does the NFL have to believe that the Jaguars wouldn’t draft Simmons when they have a need for a LB? It just doesn’t make sense.

Browns need a LT, and Simmons goes earlier anyway IMO

I agree get Simmons in the first, then pick up a o lineman in the second. I don’t think you get anything close to isaiah Simmons in the second round, but we might be able to get somebody not as good but in the same ballpark as wierfs in the second round

Everyone thinks that except Walter so he should update that. Yes, he makes a lot of interceptions and sacks so he actually go to New York so I think the Browns or cardinals might pick Tristan.

As a packers fan, I agree it wouldn’t be a bad pick, Love is extremly talented, he could be really good if he sits 2 or 3 years. There are way too many WRs in this draft to panic and take one in the first round. There were no more 1st round worthy LBs either so I wouldn’t be mad.

Jacob Gomez as a packers fan I think we have a Super Bowl team right now and we should take a guy like Denzel mims or Kenneth Murray to fill some big holes that we have to make ourselves even more of a contender and take a quarterback in the 6th or 7th round that we can develop under Rodgers

We don’t know for certain. It’s only been one year since Daniel Jones went before Dwayne Haskins. If you ask me Herbert over Tua is even more likely than that (tho I don’t think it happens) given his big health concern.
