From Small School Standout to NFL Star: The Michael Roos Draft Journey
Retired Tennessee Titan Michael Roos remembers his surreal draft day in 2005—he hardly anticipated being drafted at all, let alone as the ninth pick of the second round. He received a call from Coach Jeff Fisher, who told him he would be joining the Titans as an offensive tackle. Roos became the highest draft pick ever to come out of Eastern Washington University. He spent his entire NFL career with the Titans, retiring in 2015.
