Free Agency: Week 1 Review I Pittsburgh Steelers

Who’s going to run the ball if Najee gets hurt? Benny Snell? If they sign Ballage off the free agent list then we’re set. Until they fill those holes we need a RB and a TE. Look at the roster from last year compared to now and you’ll see what I’m talking about.

Are you nuts? We know what they have with Freiermuth. Gentry is underrated, just wait till they start confusing defenses with a lot more schemes with 2 TE’s. Radar is the perfect backup. I don’t know anything about Sternberger but the Steelers do not need a TE. As for a RB.. maybe. They already have a great lineup. They just need that O-Line to protect. Last year was a year for Harris because he wanted to go out and prove that he’s an everydown back. This year, he’s got nothing to prove. He’s elite. He will shine because he’ll actually get a little more rest and they’ll have more plays with 2 RB sets (Hopefully) and they’ll be able to use Watt as well and he’ll be able to do what he was intended to do in the first place (Hopefully).

@Zach Zorochin lots of Hopefully going on with you. Where was Radar last year when Ebron was on the roster? Oh yeah on the practice squad. So there were actually 4 TE’s 😂 who’s the 4th one now? Do you ever look at the roster? I mean like ever? Harris goes down then what? Benny Snell? McFarland? You might not know anything about Stenberger but you obviously don’t know much about reserves and the practice squads either. They “might” get a walk on but they can’t depend on luck. Yeah they need the Oline to protect and they have addressed that. They will draft depth for that now. Why didn’t they confuse defenses last year with 2 Tae sets? They had 3 TE’s on the 53 man roster and it wasn’t Radar until he was activated off the practice squad. Maybe a running back? Ballage is a free agent. So I ask you who’s going to give Najee a break?

He’s good but resigning Edmunds wouldn’t be a bad call either if he’s cheap.

@Lincoln MacEachern it’s over 😩🤦🏾‍♂️ we have the 4th best qb in the division by a long shot. Correct me if I’m wrong but no team in recent memory have ever came close to winning anything using this approach. You have to have a top 10 top 15 qb to win in the league now and Trashbisky ain’t it 🤷🏾‍♂️
