The Eagles are not as good as people believed. I’m a Eagles fan myself and seen the cracks in the armor. I hope they learn to stop the run. πŸ™„

Eagles need 2 stick to the run. Sets up the play action and tires out the enemy defense

Eagles need to establish the run in the beginning and not after 3 quarters of not rushing the ball. Eagles lost to bad offensive scheme. Commanders had 49 carries versus 20 carries by the Eagles. Commanders kept their Defense fresh by running the ball and tiring the other teams defense (like the Jets who win with this philosophy). When they established the run they could pass the ball easily to open receivers. It happened all game. Commanders QB Heinicke had a 66.9 QB rating in this game but still beat us by giving the ball to his running backs. Eagles defense was gassed due to being on the field too much while Hurts tried to play Hero ball by going 3 and out too many times.

I see a whole different perspective now that you breaking the tape down, basically we did better on getting the run average down but us failing to get off the field on 3rd down is what got us
