My thoughts too bruh.
I appreciate the comments that are designed to be best for the team. Hire the best person for the job. We’re seeing women in the NFL now as well as female referee’s. The majority of league players are African American so it would only go to say that a shift of Black players would step into roles as coaches and trainers. I would put a higher value on my favorite team if they would hire the right person for the job and open the job market to anyone that had a proven track record to coach/play in the NFL personally. I don’t agree with the idea that someone should be hired based upon their gender or skin color solely.
