Idk about that. I’m thinking depth. The DT position to me is underrated. Most teams who have great ones usually win titles. Aaron Donald, Warren Sapp, Reggie White, etc.
They say the best way to beat a great qb is up the middle, right in your face. Well if you have a great DT then you can cause a lot of problems for any qb. The Giants got a lot of pressure on the Pats in both super bowls.
The Giants defense slipped a lot when they let Dalvin Tomlinson go. We’ll see how it goes for Dexter Lawrence and the whole defense. With Kayvon Thibodeaux and other new prospects within Martindale’s system may open things up for Dexter to make more plays. I like DJ Davidson. I think the Giants did a good job drafting.

They Should have kept and Payed Linval Joseph. He was a Beast In Minnesota for Years.

The 3-4 scheme is number the rest of our nfc east counterparts play 4-3 , that is why we won our last 2 championship titles playing , now we 3-4 and we always last or second to last in our division for the last decade , Dexter Lawrence played a 4-3 his last and championship year before getting selected , shouldn’t that say something plus how many coaches after Tom Coughin we had whoom ?

@Lavelle Tingman Jr This is true, but our winning days always included a great pass rush, you just can’t win without it. Hopefully they fixed that problem with the signings and draft.

But……imagine being Super Senior in HS playing against Freshmens, Sophomores and Jrs and still not good enough to generate intrest from top recruits…….while the regular seniors and Jrs are getting D1, D2 offers…..
