@Lucas Martinez Garrett is not the guy the Giants need for DJ, ..Josh McDaniels, or John DeFilippo would have been better IMO.
So my fingers are crossed it works out for him.
The Giants did such a bad job getting Eli O-line help his last 5 years in the league, I just hope they do right by this kid, otherwise he is gonna’ get hurt again. Plus let/make someone teach him how to slide properly when he runs with the ball.
Eh I don’t see what’s wrong with Garrett so we’ll have to agree to disagree. Jones needs to slide more, but I do like the effort he gives to fight for more yards when he needs a big play. So I hope he doesn’t lose that scrapiness.
@Lucas Martinez I agree, now Russel Wilson knows how to slide, Aaron Rodgers isn’t bad at it either.
Hopefully the Giants will get him a better OT and RG, and that he learns to slide.
That I’ll agree with, but I want Jones to make big plays if he has the opportunity. I don’t want him to checkdown too much.
@Lucas Martinez that’s fine, he can do whatever he wants, as long as he holds onto the ball. It starts with the Giants repairing that O line 1st

Trade down, Grab one of the Tackles. If we can get another 1st Round pick, grab a Center. Rest of the Draft they can use for Defense and whatever else we need.
