Fantasy Football: Dealing with NFL Week 11 Injuries

Fantasy Football: Dealing with NFL Week 11 Injuries

Nov 18, 2013

.
Let’s take a look at some Week 11 injuries that could have an impact for fantasy football players.
.
Kennan Allen: Allen hurt his knee last week. He didn’t tear it, so that’s the silver lining. He could miss some time though.
.
Jordan Reed: Sustained a concussion. His 12-yard performance hurt fantasy owners. He’s a risk to miss this week as well. Start making contingency plans.
.
Emmanuel Sanders: Hurt his foot. With bye weeks coming to a close, it could be a time to move on from Sanders. Markus Wheaton is worth monitoring, but Jerricho Cotchery would be the player to add.
.
Julius Thomas: Also hurt his knee. He was able to return, but he’s one to keep an eye on. If he is healthy you’ll want to start him against the Patriots.
.
Wes Welker: Welker also sustained a concussion. If it were anything other than a head injury, Welker would be a virtual lock to face the Patriots next week. Monitor his status, but make a backup plan.
