THE LEAGE HAS NOT CHANGED. you CANNOT and I mean CANNOT win w/o getting stops and running the ball effectively we’ve had some of the worst defenses and rushing attacks in the league the past 3 seasons no matter what QB we have our record more or less would’ve been the same IDK what film your watching but Ryan has been Amazing this season and the past 5 seasons he’s really shown out like you have NO evidence of why he isn’t good like sure he’ll miss a throw here and there but that’s literally every QB. And then you have the audacity to say you’d rather have a guy like Wes Welker who was a product of Tom Brady any other year he wasn’t playing with The pats he was average. Like Julio has been this way for all his career he usually misses 1 or 2 games a season so idk why you’re acting like this is new dude is still putting up beast numbers. like dude idk what more you want Ryan to do we have a top 5 offense this year it’s been the same forever now our defense mainly our corners can’t cover for nothing although under Morris our defense has been good and what a coincidence if the defense plays at least average we become a good team. And not to mention Ryan hasn’t had a good coach in a while I mean dude had shannahan and became an MVP.
@Cactus Dr mmmhhhhmm.. I get it you love the team but I’ve been a falcons fan since I was 10 yo and it’s been one let down after another. Guess I’m just irritated because it seems like everybody can win with mediocre players but we just seem like a cursed team. Guess I’m to the point where I’m that desperate at this point to do anything to have a consistent winning team. Not asking for a Super Bowl every year but to at least be like the saints( I hate the saints). I was a huge fan of the Bills when they went to 4 Super Bowls in a row. No they didn’t win them( looking at you Scott Norwood) but they were consistent and always had a chance. I’m just very disgruntled long time disappointed fan that’s had it I guess. I can’t defend these guys anymore.

That may just be a Hochuli thing. Ed Hochuli did everything he could to be able to flex while making calls. To be fair to him though, he had the guns for it and if I had biceps like he did, I’d probably be the same way lol.

Honestly Falcons 2-6 record doesn’t reflect them fairly, Ryan is an elite QB with star quality player around him such as Jones, Hurst and Gurley, they just gotta put it together a bit more to utilize the potential of the team. Hope they can still pull off a miracle and make it to the playoffs.
I’d like to make the point: at this point in the season, your record displays your overall team rather accurately

To give context, the Undefeated Steelers have racked up a total of 183 points in their six games, the Titans (5-1) racking up 188 points, the Ravens (5-1) a total of 179 points, the Browns (5-2) a total of 200 points, the Bills (5-2) a total of 174 points, the Chiefs (6-1) a total of 218, the Packers (5-1) a total of 197 points, the Bears (5-2) a total of 138 points, the Saints (4-2) a total of 180 points, and the Cowboys (2-5) and Rams (5-2) are both matching with a total of 176 points individually. It’s a reminder that the Falcons can put up high scores but their defense hasn’t been able to stop opposing offenses from obtaining a higher score.

Bradbwrry was NOT a Julio stopper he was fast ENOUGH to make this hard for Julio but let’s not forget the 300+, 200+ and serval 100+ games he almost systematically had against us.
Wouldn’t hurt to find a QB who can throw more than check downs too.
