Man, I feel real good after this draft. Love the total remake of the secondary and Pierce is going to be a beast at RB.
Next year will be even better… The Texans have 12… 12 selections to deal with next draft. And big cap space. Go Nick.

Why should we be? This franchise has squandered and wasted some great players careers. We should continue to light a fire under the leadership until they show a track record of good decisions. One draft isn’t enough.

@Lucci King In one way, I agree we “should” be more satisfied with having an NFL team. Will we turn things around this year? Or next? Stingley at #3, but Kenyon Green #15 and John Metchie at #44…solid! Now we got a receiving corps with Metchie, and Cooks. And DaeShawn Hamilton. Picking Dameon Pierce at #107 in the 4th round? It’s going to be exciting to see how this team forms under Lovie Smith.

What about the players y’all picked?
While some draft picks were good, some trades in general were pretty stupid. Texans should get rid of Caserio.
Why? The Texans needed to get the players they want. Would you rather trade a few picks to move up to get a guy that can help your team or not make a trade, miss out on a few players you want and get a player that might not be helpful to the team? Caserio had an aggressive mindset and sometimes, that’s a good thing.
@Kenneth Cline they got positions they needed but some trades in my opinion were silly. We also need another qb.
@The Man 2.0 we have a lot of draft capital. We’re not going to use up our entire picks. Mills is our quarterback this year. If he works out, great? If not, we might address next year. Caserio has a plan and these picks might work out. Just got to be patient.
@Kenneth Cline One thing. That trade Up for A WR that would have been there in the next round was a real Bone head move…wasted those picks we didn’t Need to move up at all. We did get some good ones but that trade up was a L
