    @Jeff M absolutely…..if greedy delpit and clowny pan out imagine the possibility…..I dont look for greedy and delpit to be much difference makers but troy hill and jon Johnson will absolutely be difference makers ….and if clowny isn’t a sack machine hes still one of the best run stuffers in football and fast enough to catch Lamar Jackson from behind …..this is why we got him for when the play is busted and the quarter back takes off …you wont see anymore big runs from a quarterback if clowny stays healthy…..and they will be more hesitant to run……the browns are building a defense that can stop mahomes jackson and allen …..I like what I’m seeing so far .

    Scary good …….its all on baker now and with the running game we got its gonna be fun to watch …..god I cant wait till the season starts …..this team was one missed penalty from the afc championship game and if the defense can stay disciplined and healthy this will be by far the best defensive unit the browns have put on the field since 99

I am originally from Cleveland, W. 130th and Brookpark Rd. area. I now live in Fargo, N.D. but have been a hometown Browns fan for so long that I remember Brian Sipe taking over for an injured Mike Phipps. (We should have just held on to Paul Warfield, he wound up coming back anyway) But I have not been this ecstatic about an upcoming Browns season since the mud 80’s.
This signing is a huge step in building the most complete team that has taken the field for the Browns since those mid 80’s teams.
Congratulations to Andrew Berry for making this happen!

    Definitely the same feel as the 80s browns ……good running game awesome receivers and a nasty defensive line …..I gotta say though this team has a hell of a lot better competition than the 80s browns did when three out of the four teams in the division make the playoffs and you are playing against Lamar jackson and Joe burrows and ben Roethlisberger……pretty tough division.
