I saw Jacoby ball out in college when he played for NC State circa 2014. Against my alma mater Old Dominion University (Norfolk, VA). He was electric that game and I knew it wouldn’t be the last I heard of him. With every good wish, Mr. Brissett, and go Browns!!

    @Dustin Murphy You know it! 😃 Got my undergrad there ~2010 and the Wolfpack came to town a few years later. What stood out to me about Jacoby was an early glimpse of a duel-threat. He can motor, too!

    I 1st heard of him when Luck retired. They started off really good that year. Thought he was white at first, but liked him right away. Seems like a grounded person and always smiling.
