The Texans receivers are horrible they are not reliable at all they need to go and get a reliable receiver in free agency.

Davis is looking worst and worst each game but he really doesn’t have anything to work with besides cooks and his rookie running back

We could really use a quarterback who can extend plays and Davis can’t necessarily do that due to his athletic ability and Davis has a very hard time being on the same page as his Wide receivers, he can make some throws down the field every now and then but I’d love to have someone like Bryce Young who can be that guy that extends plays.
After 2 weeks of watching this team, I am now convinced that Davis Mills is the worst quarterback to ever put on a Texans uniform. As long as he’s the quarterback I will no longer watch a Texans game this season because it’s a guarantee loss.

Perhaps Houston coulda had a “fifth down” before the turnover. It woulda been “Fifth down & 11”. We need a new five-down play for the last two minutes of regulation & overtime, heh heh.
Man this game was so bad we had the ball to win again and mills couldn’t drive down the field and show up not gonna lie the o line was not great but man use your legs and make better throws ..he is looking like David Carr playing you can see he scared to get hit ..so he makes off throws same as Carr…but Carr got lit up his first year ..so I could relate ..but mills has a some what better line than Carr did …but i got faith he can turn it around whole lot of football left to play..so we’ll see mid season where we stand and what we will need to draft ..Go Texans..I have faith ..
Well I know we are only 2 games in but I think it’s safe to say that we will be drafting another QB1. I would love for MILLS be it but I’m afraid that he’s not it. He does extend plays well & what really got me is he doesn’t audible out of a bad play. It’s like “F” IT let’s run it anyways. I also feel the TEXANS are doing him a disservice by not taking the handcuffs off MILLS.
Denver is lucky the Texans don’t have an offense. Great defence on both sides but the issue was offense scoring
How about giving Driskel a shot that dude did make pretty good comebacks in the preseason games!
Texans fans we are in for a long and boring season. These first 2 games were unwatchable especially on offense. We need to hurry up and get some talent. Defense plays hard but since the offense can’t do anything they’re burned out by the end of the 3rd quarter and that’s when these teams end up winning.
Mills has shown nothing late in games when it matters most, but he’s not surrounded by good talent. Weakest WR core in the NFL and we haven’t had a good running game since the Arian Foster days.
