Found myself watching Saler at left tackle. Very impressive for a rookie making his first start at left tackle. I can see why he only gave up one sack in 47 games at Georgia. How did he drop to the 6th round. Some boards had him late 2nd, early 3rd. Steal for the Chargers. Props to Tom Telesco.

@Ernesto Gastelum Measurements are sometimes overrated 6’4 324 is not to small. Especially if you’re athletic. Teams outsmart themselves with arm length and hand size BS to often. This kid faced the best edge rushers in College football. And more then held his own. Size is overrated at tackle.
@Ernesto Gastelum look at Storm Norton. 6’8” 306lbs and is probably the worst tackle in the NFL.
If we can keep this running game going it’ll open up alot of play action pass so our running game will be key to our success this year.
