if no one gives this man a chance, he will eventually be the hc of the chiefs when andy retires. honestly id prefer that as a chiefs fan. but it shows why he is able to be so chill about it. he knows if no one else hires him, he will eventually be a hc anyways.

EB is smart enough to know how the league operates and I wouldn’t want to be put in a position of failure like Flores/Miami. Being a HC is not guaranteed job security. These teams are firing hc every year. Running back coaches to ofc is one thing. Play design and having a understanding of the o line d line linebacker secondary is key to be a head coach and management/ownership has to have respect and patience for the process. Not many do. If Detroit would have let Caldwell do what needed to be done the lions would of been in playoff contention. Not every team
is going to give HC that kind of flexibility especially not “bruthas”

If they don’t let McKinnon start or take most of the snaps . The field won’t open up.. And Chiefs will have a hard time winning. Don’t play your favorites and play the best player.
