A roster of young guys at virtually every position with little experience will take time to develop, especially including Fields who plays the toughest position in sports. Look at Josh Allen for example. First few years, not so good. Last year, last week and last night, crazy good. Years in the same scheme and gradually sorrounded by more talent. To expect that product and result right now is stupid.

I’m calling it rn, poles will be a hit or miss gm, either in 2 years he’ll have everything right for contending or he’s gonna keep dragging us down. Just from the coaches he hired, it’s already a bit sus, we live in 2022, we gotta be more creative offensively. I don’t see flus as a new gen coach but more so a old fashion 1900s coach, offensively, we got getsy who came from the packers, and most of the plays they ran aren’t new gen, a few maybe, but also they had the proper players, we have a young team, but weapons for sure. Not letting fields throw and learn is just stalling him, like we already knew we’re gonna lose, why not actually learn from it instead of just running it, especially when we’re behind.
