Drew Lock’s plan to bounce back vs. Los Angeles | Broncos Country Tonight – FANTASY FOOTBALL FAN SITE
LaKota Beardsley

Drew lock need to have more confidence. Period.

    Logan Balius

He has too much that’s why he forces it down field

    LegitBoss3

    @Logan Balius Couldn’t agree more

    John

i think he can do it

branden kozer

Drew’s confident. He does have to trust his line more. Thats why they’re there. A deep drop back will force him to scramble and make a play, but if he trusts his interior then stepping up in the pocket may make it easier to stay on his reads and complete easy pass and catch. And if he gets clobbered, then thats his lines fault

    Logan Balius

Thing with stepping up is I wound not trust cushenberry either

    John

i understand it’s hard for him to trust the line tho, theyre bummy

Ed McCaffrey

Personally based on what I’m seeing, Lock is not adjusting to what the defense is doing, and what they are giving. Way too many open receivers underneath for him to miss, hence no adjustments.

    Logan Balius

That what happening people compare him to last year rich scheme was 5 yards passes this is a west cost attacking scheme

    A&J Outdoors

Does the OC own some of the responsibility for this as well?

Herbert > Lock

    A D

    @Natthaphon Noble Herbert is smarter

    Graham Cracker

@Natthaphon Noble Herbert is literally better at scrambling, has a stronger arm & more accurate. Also clutch/poised. WEEP you Fucking Clown

    Jay Shanti

@Graham Cracker you would hope a number 6th overall pick is better than a second round pick. If Herbert loses this week he will 1-5 as a starter. Enjoy that if it happens

Daniel star

Use the damn weapons man

    John

    dude has 0 weapons

    Jose Johnson

    Who has zero weapons?

    MISTER ZUNIGA

Take what the defense gives us ! Locked 🔒 in !!!

    Natthaphon Noble

Lock doesnt have alot but could do better with what he has but jeudy and fant need to step up

    Killuminati5176

Lol the two rookie receivers, hobbled fant, and Tim Patrick. Oh and Hamilton.

Natthaphon Noble

Yeah he was getting descouraged after that pick and 102 retart return and that horrible free flick by …g.ordon

Aimee Weadley

Umm he is aware everyone was playing in the snow right… that includes Patrick so he can’t let it effect him

    A D

But it snows more in Missouri than Texas!! Wtf does that mean??

    Moko shotah

Mahomes didn’t exactly have a stellar day either, but KC capitalized off our mistakes

    A D

@Moko shotah they are just a way better team! Better coach, better offense, better qb, better special teams

    Moko shotah

@A D agreed, and we got beat at every phase

Aimee Weadley

Who else thinks Brett Rypien is better than Drew Lock?

    Natthaphon Noble

Brett threw 2 picks in the jets game and that one to jeudy should have been a pick as well but great play by jeudy

    iceheart3012

No one with any common sense.

Ima Fun Guy

If Lock plays bad vs chargers then Idk what to say

John

i think he’ll turn it around.

LegitBoss3

This is a must win game

Moko shotah

This was one of those games where nothing went right for Den, and Lock is taking all the heat because like almost everyone else on the team he played like crap.

Steve Geeves

When you got coaches that survived the asteroid impact that wiped out the dinosaurs, what do you expect?. The players on this team will do just fine with new coaching staff living in the 21st century. You can visibly see the life and energy of this team being sucked dry by these coaches, its soul destroying….

    David Ramirez

I totally agree with you we need a better coaching staff Young hungry

Gorden Boccia

Plan??
He better pray he gets a win or I am off his band wagon …
Ouff …2015 seems so far away

A&J Outdoors

I really believe Drew will have a bounce back game against the Chargers. He seems like a smart kid, look at the film, see is TEs wide open, and use that this week.

Jesse Mermella

Lock can’t even stand still and focus during his press conference I got zero faith he can stay in the pocket

James Vandenbrink

The Interior line play in pass pro was horrible against K.C. Not surprising given how dominant Chris Jones has been since last year. Even the run game saw its best success going off tackle.
The failure rests on a front office that doesn’t recognize that being strong up the middle applies to both sides of the field.
Look at this team and tell me where they show any evidence they have absorbed this ages old lesson. Defensively they’re thin or subpart in terms of talent at DT, ILB, and Safety.
Offensively they’re young on the line have no blocking back to help them run between the tackles, and they’re only effective between the tackles running back is 180 pounds soaking wet with two pockets full of rocks.
The best friend of any young quarterback is a strong running game and we in broncos nation have been listening to the promises for over a decade now of a commitment to the run.
If you’re not going to make an actual effort to run the ball and establish a dominant run blocking line (remember when you media hounds blew smoke about picking chubb over quinton nelson in spite of having seen shaq barrett for years)
then how about you install an offense that is designed to sling the ball all over the field I stead of using a retread from the 80s and 90s ala pat shurmur.
