Wish lock the best elsewhere
i dont see why they wouldnt keep him next year, still on rookie contract and not much trade value
I wish lock had a better coaching staff. Wasted talent.
It isn’t locks fault it’s the staff
@Swipa so when Tedd’s in, bad 3rd down conversion is just bad play calling, but when Dre is in, it’s his fault?…. nice bro!!
@Emilio Sotelo you’re a blind follower to the media thinking every young qb was great at the start. Lmao some of y’all make this fanbase look bad being ignorant and fail to acknowledge no matter what qb we get there isn’t development in the organization. Mac jones or anyone else wouldn’t be good here
Agreed
Not your fault Drew, keep your head up, we will all be wondering what would have happened had vic not blundered the oc hire in his second year
Sean Payton couldn’t make lock look good. He’s a scrub, sure he’d look better with a better OC. But it wouldn’t change him from being a good QB all the sudden.
@Noah Fernandes Sean Payton would have killed to have Drew as his qb this year
@joseph linares sean payton makes taysom look somewhat decent lol id be glad for lock to have someone whos offensive minded like that
This offense has always looked clunky at best and just plain uninspired the rest of the time.
Good play today, Drew.
Uh some of it is definitely Lock’s fault. The coaching hasn’t helped, but Lock has culpability in his regression as QB. Lock needs a new team and Denver needs a new QB.
How can you say he regressed? Everyone said he had improved and that Teddy just looked even better in practice before the season, so he won the job. Doesn’t mean Lock regressed. In fact, he looks pretty strong…but with zero starting reps all season, you can’t expect much. The coaching staff failed him.
Good job drew now to fire fangio and shurmur out bye bye 👋
We were never making it to the playoffs with Lock, and Shurmur
If you say lock didn’t have a great game 245 yards. 1 TD. And no interceptions. That’s a good game.
@fbird90nw I would even say that’s inaccurate he made some good throws and got close to the sticks multiple times
I mean. Derwin James had two INTs straight to him in his hands that he just dropped lol but he’s been out for a few weeks. Def Needs to hit that jugs machine this week lol
In the first quater those passes that were near interceptions he literally throw it to a open spot throwing his receiver open and he fell ,kendal did that twice not his felt but not Drew’s fault either I seriously think lock can start next year if we don’t get anybody cause man we are playing teams that are trying to get into the playoffs Drew’s not getting it easy whatsoever in terms of personal and personal mistakes and this up coming game chiefs are playing for the playoffs with a really good defense if he has a another decent game I think he earns some serious leeway
@Jorden McKinney exactly same could be said well if Kendal hinton didn’t fall and such
@Jorden McKinney those INTS were because the wr fell
Ill still take Lock over Bridgewater any day. Also fire Shurmur please. Keep Fangio but move him to DC
@Swipa this I didn’t know
@Dragonscar 17 it’s not true. There’s just no precedent for it. I think the OP and crb are talking about two different things. U certainly can bring vic back as a DC after this season on a new staff. It just won’t happen. Ego for one thing but u can’t have the guy that used to call the shots now just an assistant. He will bump heads with the new HC like it’s still his operation.
Ed donatell???
Lock has always had a higher ceiling then Teddy, he should have started the whole season.
@Parris Styles more of a figure head. You won’t get as much as u getting from vic. Also he prob moves on with vic. Pretty darn good secondary coach tho
its everyone elses fault but drew…….drew can throw 20picks in a game and bronco fans would blame everyone else but him
if he threw even 3 picks people would blame him, but he threw 0 here, made some solid plays and did what he could with no recievers and some downright abysmal playcalling
@goavs lets not judge drew until all things are perfect for him to succeed….does life work like that?
@do good not perfect just like, not missing most of his receiving core? it is really hard for a qb to succeed when they’re coaches don’t know what they’re doing and their recievers are injured. even the best qbs in the league deserve a pass if they’re coaching is bad and their team is hurt. i really don’t know what you’re arguing here, it would make sense if drew played bad but, he didn’t
@goavs its called the real world my friend….you have to adjust to life …unless we all think like you and wait for circumstances to get perfect…hell lets not judge vic until he gets a better qb and a better oc too right?….you see the pats complaining they are winning with a rookie qb with NO WRS!…thats why some players are good and others are NOT!
your number keeps improving, it did’nt put up a win for the team it says a lot about how you approach the game, kudos to this kid his putting up some work
I love Lock. Maybe if this whole qb situation was handled the right way we’d be in the playoffs. Just hope Manning has something to do with the team and maybe we’ll see what Drew can do.
Drew’s low key throwing Shurmur under the bus lol
cuz it is Shurmurs fault
Uhhhh yeah because shurmur is horrible and drew wether it’s injury or bad playing has not had good luck with injury and has not had a good OC other than his rookie season he has had to learn 2 new play books coming in so far
Where were the dance moves this time?
Yall done pissed him off hope he brings that fire to the game next week
Drew is a backup to the motorcycle guy in the village people 😅🤣🤷🙆♂️💁🙆
