Man this “open dialogue coaching” and “not wanting to create resentment” crap needs to go. He’s a grown man who was a first round pick and an mvp candidate in the second year of his career. He needs to be able to be coached and actually listen and show the results on the field. All this buddy buddy be nice crap is causing him to regress in my opinion.

On way hand I can understand him riding for the team / particularly Wentz. This build trust with his team with them knowing he has their backs. But it comes a time when you have to call BS and not make excuses. Some people actually perform better this way.
