    @Dustin Klumpe I don’t know much about him. Like I said, not really a time when I watched football. What I like about Flores is his leadership ability. He speaks like a leader and players seem to say good things about him. He just needs some better pieces in place. Each week this team has improved. That’s due to coaching. If they win a few games with this roster it’ll be a testament to that leadership. Who knows though? He could be awesome or he could be a bust. Won’t know any time soon though.

I believe in the team. I don’t believe in the coach. How long have we been going through the samething and the coaches saying the samething. Same story different coaches. We won’t win this season we won’t win next season and we’ll hear the samething over and over. I guess what he does best is talk to the media

Guys 1 thing U can see right away when U look at and listen to Brian Flores, is he Loves football and he Loves his Job! Knowing where he came from and watching him here, U can see his passion for the game and everything that he talks about, this is a good football coach and a even better man! For the rest of this season and the next 2, we R going to be glad he’s our coach and not coaching New England!

    True but right now he’s no different than Hugh Jackson who is very much like Flores personality wise they get you to buy into what they are selling but it never pans out to nothing. Lets hope he’ just going through some bumps in the road there has been improvement each week from a 49 point loss, 43 point loss to a 25 point loss heck we might only loose by 3 TDs next Sunday haha. Like him or hate him he’ll be with this team for a while I just want to see this defense improve.

    @CHAMPDOGZ Grier brought in Reggie McKenzie & a few other top scouts the guys that found Khalil Mack, Amari, Carr among other great players. They went D-Line, QB & O-line in there 1st 3 picks this year I expect the same from next year QB, OT & DE. They’re going to draft “safe” BPA picks guys with high character and low bust potential, they still may muck it all up.

When Don Shula retired in 1996 he left behind the winningest record in NFL coaching history. And then, Dan Marino followed with his retirement in 2000 & the Miami Dolphins lost the NFL’s most prolific passer in history. Hard to replace that. The Dolphins football product on the field has NEVER been the same.

I am glad that the Miami Dolphins are finally RE-BUILDING it the right way – from the inside out. It’s a tough decision to release top talent in order to gain draft positions but it was required. The dividends will pay-off within one to two seasons from now – not 20 years down the line!
