Director of Player Personnel Joe Hortiz Discusses Draft Strategy | Baltimore Ravens – FANTASY FOOTBALL FAN SITE
King Wani

Get a pass rusher and if ones there get e receiver I think Collin Johnson from Texas would be good but whatever

    Nate The Great

King Wani We’re a great pass rush away from having the best defense in the NFL

    KingT Johnson

Johnson from Texas would be great for the offense to work the middle even more

Pre-combine draft wishlist

    Neat -O

@Eram Ahmed throckmorton played T/G/C, and db is one of are deepest groups, we can get one 6th or 7th or UDFA

    Neat -O

I hope we sign Glasgow or Thuney just in case yanda retires but if he does, we have powers & mekari to step in & see what they can do

    Eram Ahmed

@Neat -O I think we need to place a little more stock at DB. Tavon is a little fragile and Jimmy might end up leaving. Need someone who can play slot/Outside CB, switch between both

    Neat -O

@Eram Ahmed we might, but I feel we still have bigger needs, don’t forget we have biggie too, but I feel we can find a 3rd/4th maybe 5th depending on how biggie plays or if Smith comes back, DBs in the late rounds or free agency vs need like pass rush, backer, playmakers @ wr

    Broodjepom

1 st Zack Baun the rest of your picks are awsome

We are going free agency on pass rushers and ILB’s. Drafting a running back, receiver and an offensive lineman in the first 3 rounds if they are available. We shall see. Never count out the Ravens to either move up or back in the draft if they really want a player. Hardest team to predict in the draft. As long as they take the best player on the board than I have no issues with it. Drafting for needs is an absolute disaster in my opinion since we already have 50 players signed on the roster. (that may change and probably will).

KingT Johnson

That Strong Safety from LSU would be a great or the guy from Clemson Simmons

The Ravens have this unfortunate habit of drafting players (particularly pass rushers), developing them for 3-4 years while getting average production out of them. Then all the sudden they decide to have a breakout year the same year that their contract is up and then we can never afford to keep them because the price is just too high
