Uhhhh that’s quite obvious-people get tired. So do 3 down backs. Tennessee has Derrick Henry and yet Dion managed to get snaps and shine

Davin Anderson lewis will indeed get plenty of looks from Danny Dimes.
Tennessee had Derrick Henry and the Patriots used a three back system- with all guys who can catch.
He is not here to carry the load he is here to provide a checkdown option on third downs and give Barkley a break.
Dan Ski obviously you haven’t been followed his career because your response was blatantly ignorant to his declining production over the last three years. The fact he basically signed almost a min contract proves he and the front office know he’s basically done.

Davin Anderson my point was clearly indicated by me saying that he isnt here to carry the load. He is here to give Barkley a blow on third downs and provide a checkdown option.
His production declining is fine. But catching the ball out of the backfield on third and fives is something they and I feel he can still do occasionally.

Dion is very interesting. He doesn’t need too many blockers, yet he is a 2nd rb. I don’t see him getting too many snaps
Topothetop I see him getting a decent amount of snaps. I can see some two back formations with Saquon and Dion to confuse defenses and abuse linebacker matchups in the pass game.
@jramos823 see heres the issue-when wayne gallman showed promise, they stopped using him when he got healthy. Scored 2 tds and got a ton of yards in a game and still didn’t earn himself snaps. Now this competition would lead to even less snaps for him, and most likely a split between him and Dion.

Glad we got em but I really believe Wayne Gallman has gotten a raw deal with the gmen. The guys always produced when given opps and for some reason, they always seem to be looking for someone to take his job or not continue giving him some backup reps to Bark. Just weird .

Dion Lewis provides a checkdown option on third downs for Danny Dimes. Not saying that Barkley doesnt but he needs a blow once in awhile.
Someone in the box is gonna have to account for Lewis and that will open up the hook to curl area for Tight Ends.
