He and his brother is underrated.
They are phenomenal. It’s funny an old interview of him and Jason popped on the Tiki and Tierney show. It was before Josh and Jason were signed and they (Browns) had a 1 win season 🤣. Dev and the hosts were saying we need to work on getting you (Jason) out of there (Browns). Little did Jason know what the future held 😄
Every secondary player is underrated Devin is a top 10 safety. Chung is underrated, Duron Harmon is underrated. They have to best overall secondary in Football they have the best Cornerbacks Gilmore, JC, and jason Mccourty.
